Distilled Spirits Council Showcases Over 30 U.S. Spirits Brands at Falstaff Spirits Gala in Hofburg Palace

Vienna, Austria – The Distilled Spirits Council of the United States will participate in the Falstaff Spirits Gala at the Hofburg Palace on Saturday, November 9, 1:00-7:00 PM, and feature over 30 American Whiskeys and other brands of premium distilled spirits--many for the first time in the Austrian market--from small and large distillers from 15 states across America.

Brazil Recognizes Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey As “Distinctive Products” of the U.S.

WASHINGTON, DC – The Distilled Spirits Council said today Brazil has officially recognized Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey as distinctive products of the United States. This action by Brazil follows the U.S. announcement of the recognition of Cachaça as a distinctive product of Brazil last month.
