- LAWS AND REGULATIONS - To address federal and state laws and regulations applicable to the distilled spirits industry.
- PUBLIC AFFAIRS - To increase the awareness among media, opinion leaders and the public regarding key issues affecting the spirits industry.
- MILITARY SALES - To address issues relating to the sales to and relationships with U.S. military installations both in the U.S. and overseas.
- TRADE OPERATIONS - To provide a strong and effective mechanism for addressing the full range of matters pertaining to the importation of spirits and wine.
- TRANSPORTATION - To address transportation and intermodal initiatives domestically and globally.
- INDUSTRY STATISTICS - To review and develop distilled spirits statistics and statistical procedures and related material.
- TECHNICAL - To address federal, state and international initiatives affecting plant operations.
- FIRE PROTECTION - To ensure that fire protection standards and guidelines affecting distilleries are cost-effective and appropriate.
